This website does not currently use AI-driven features, chatbots, profiling, or automated decision-making of any kind. We are publishing this disclosure proactively, ahead of any such use, in the interest of transparency and in anticipation of evolving regulation such as the EU AI Act and UK guidance on automated decision-making under UK GDPR Article 22.
If this changes
Should we introduce any AI-driven feature (e.g. a chatbot or recommendation tool) in future, we commit to disclosing:
- What the system does and what data it uses
- Whether it makes decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on you
- How you can request human review of any automated decision
