Threshold disclosure
Formal whistleblowing procedures under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 are typically most relevant to larger organisations with employee populations and structured reporting lines. As a small company, Agile SOS Ltd does not yet have a formal internal whistleblowing infrastructure, but we publish this commitment proactively as we grow.
Our commitment
We are committed to conducting business ethically and transparently. Anyone — employee, contractor, supplier, or member of the public — who has a genuine concern about wrongdoing, malpractice, or unethical conduct connected to Agile SOS Ltd is encouraged to raise it.
How to raise a concern
Email ethics@agile-sos.com with as much detail as possible. Concerns will be treated confidentially and taken seriously.
Protection
We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern in good faith.
