Agile SOS Ltd is a UK-registered company and does not currently have operations, customers, or data processing activities specifically targeting Brazil. The Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) is therefore not currently applicable to our operations. We publish this notice voluntarily, in case our activities expand into this jurisdiction.
Our commitment
Should we begin processing personal data of individuals in Brazil, we commit to complying with LGPD requirements, including:
- Identifying a clear legal basis for processing
- Honouring data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability)
- Appointing a Data Protection Officer (Encarregado) if required
