Agile SOS Ltd is a UK-registered company and does not currently have operations, customers, or data processing activities specifically targeting Canada. The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is therefore not currently applicable to our operations. We publish this notice voluntarily, in case our activities expand into this jurisdiction.

Should we begin processing personal data of individuals in Canada, we commit to complying with PIPEDA's ten fair information principles, including accountability, consent, and limiting collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
